Responsible for the new CINEMA EXTREME (premiere short film scheme funded by the UK Film Council's New Cinema Fund and FilmFour Lab).
In October 2001 Matthieu joined The Bureau as PA to producer Bertrand Faivre (RATCATCHER, THE WARRIOR, ISOLATION). His duties included handling the UK release and follow up of award winning THE WARRIOR as well as managing CINEMA EXTREME and running surprisingly successful EXTREME CINEMA EVENTS (Curzon Soho, funded by the UK Film Council). In January 2004 Matthieu moved on to produce from The Bureau, starting with an independent US feature entitled MALL COP (dir. David Greenspan).
